Kitchen Design and Expansion

  1. Provide planning & logistical expertise for the Food Service Program to expand.

  2. Transition over from using caterers for meals to preparing meals in-house.

  3. Redesign full service kitchens to meet the needs of the operation

  4. Develop, design and build the kitchen ergonomically by placing every piece of the equipment with comfort, effectiveness & staffing in mind.

  5. Get the kitchen up to code with all DOH and OSHA regulations.
